Tools for Smart Working, working remotely in a Web Agency

So, even if we are not physically present in the company, our entire team is operating in agile mode, working remotely.This type of change has presented us not only with the need to reorganize our work and face this change, but also with the opportunity to rethink and redesign daily relationships, processes and ways of working .I must say that, after some embarrassing (from the point of view of the result) attempts made in the past to organize the work of consultants and professionals remotely.

You can work from home even without being smart!Italian companies, politics and media improperly use the anglicism smart working as a synonym for what Italian legislation identifies as agile working in law 22 May 2017 n. 81, “Measures for the protection of non-entrepreneurial self-employment and measures aimed at encouraging flexible articulation in the times and places of subordinate work”:In reality, in the Anglo-Saxon world, smart working has another meaning: it indicates a flexible working method with improved processes and use of technologies and tools that make work more functional because they act in an "intelligent" way .





WorkingAs we have seen, to be truly SMART we must work and focus on tools and processes . This is why I want to take this opportunity to share with you a work in progress, i.e. the smart working tools that we are using and on which we are reshaping our work organization.It should be noted that in this phase many platforms have begun to aggregate and provide information on tools for working from home. For example, a platform recently created to highlight the tools to use for remote work is workFor our part, we must say that our web agency had already adopted a series of tools of this type but while previously they supported company activities, they are now proving to be fundamental for the reorganization of the work process, for sharing resources and information, maintaining cohesion the team and have a vision of the processes and progress of the various projects.
