Each week, the finalists and their coaches have a task to complete, which comes in the form of a written or video diary. Email marketing helps us to maintain a close relationship with the teams in the competition, to communicate their tasks, but also to assist them in order to accomplish these tasks. Happy The whole project revolves around the concept of User Generated Content (content created by consumers) and for this reason we have given great importance to thinking about a content strategy that: to benefit the brand to be easily achieved by the finalists to be easy for the followers to consume and digest to solve a community problem to succeed in inspiring her to switch to a more active lifestyle.


Content types During the 5 editions of the Pro Nutrition Fit Challenge , we continuously optimized the content strategy according to the community's requirements, but also the performance of each type of content. If at the beginning, in the first edition, we mainly used written journals Phone Number Data with a few pictures inserted from place to place, now we want to make the transition to an easily digestible content - to video. The tendency of people to prefer video to the detriment of other forms of content has made us to adapt and think a diary plan according to their requirements and needs. The tasks of the finalists include: Video Diaries Short videos of maximum 2 minutes in which the finalists present a recipe, their favorite exercise or answer a series of questions.



Text + Image Journals – Example The text diaries are used to exemplify the food plan, the training plan, the supplement plan, but also to convey the state of mind of the contestants in a certain week. Video Reviews A video review, every two weeks, of one of the nutritional supplements that the competitor has included in the supplement plan. Social media posts – Text, video or images. In addition to diaries and reviews, the finalists must also make 3 posts per week, with impressions regarding their evolution within the competition. Training at the start event Most often we meet with participants who have no experience in making videos or articles. In the 5 editions, we got to empathize with them and understand exactly what they go through when they face the creation of a written or video diary. For this reason, we assist them throughout the competition with tips and tutorials, but we also provide them with a short training during the competition's start event, so that they can create quality content and not panic when they are faced with a blank sheet of paper of paper.
